Project Overview
The Problem
Rural clinics in Tanzania lose critical patient history when paper cards are misplaced or damaged, leading to duplicate treatments, missed follow-ups, and preventable deaths.
The Solution
A Progressive Web App with a local IndexedDB store that records patient visits, prescriptions, and referrals even without internet, then syncs to a central MySQL database when connectivity returns.
